The necklace is made up of a fancy chain, precious pendants with hand-painted 19th-century ceramic miniatures depicting different religious figures, and medallions reproducing sacred figures in white and yellow gold that alternate with filigree charms. An image of the Madonna, with the DOLCE&GABBANA logo engraved on the back, has been inserted as a terminal in the adjustment chain.
