GIFT CARD

1. Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to the sale and use of digital Gift Cards that can be purchased, redeemed and used on the Dolce&Gabbana Online Store.

Use of the digital Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and keep a copy of them.

The digital Gift Card is neither a credit nor debit card and it is not in any way a payment tool subject to any financial regulation and cannot be used for commercial purposes in relation to any marketing activity, advertising or promotional.

The Gift Card cannot be topped up, resold or used for payments outside of the Dolce&Gabbana Online Store and and cannot be reimbursed (except in the cases provided for by law).

Taking any type of prohibited action listed above, or using the digital Gift Card in violation of these Terms and Conditions can lead to legal actions including, but not limited to, revocation of the digital Gift Card.

2. Buying a Gift Card

If you wish to purchase a digital Gift Card, an email containing the Gift Card code will be sent to the gift recipient as soon as the order is completed. You will also receive a confirmation email and order summary to your email address.

Digital gift cards can be purchased for amounts up to 5000$/€. For other currencies, please refer to the information in the Gift Card online form. These amounts may occasionally be changed.

The information concerning the recipient of the digital Gift Card must be complete, accurate and up to date: The Level Srl Srl is not responsible for the non-delivery or incorrect delivery of the digital Gift Card in the event that the recipient's data is incorrect.

No discount or promotion can be applied when purchasing a digital Gift Card.

No tax is included in the purchase price of digital Gift Cards, as these may be applied at the time of use for purchase.

3. Using a Gift Card

The digital Gift Cards purchased on the Dolce&Gabbana Online Store can be used exclusively online for the total or partial payment of the items purchased and cannot be used in any way on other sites besides Dolce&Gabbana Online Store or in physical stores. If the total of your order is less than the amount of the digital Gift Card, the remaining sum can be used for other purchases, using the same Gift Card code. You can check the balance of your digital Gift Card at this link. If the total of your order is greater than the amount of the Gift Card, you can use an additional method to complete the payment, choosing it from those available in the selected shipping country.

Digital Gift Card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

The digital gift card can be used to purchase items with a price higher than the amount of the gift card, provided that the difference is paid by the user based on the conditions of sale of the website. The unused balance of the digital gift card can be used to make other purchases.

You cannot use a digital Gift Card to purchase another digital Gift Card.

The digital Gift Card can only be used for purchases in the same currency and in the same country in which it was purchased.

The digital gift card can be used by the original recipient or anyone who has received the digital gift card from the original recipient as a gift for personal use. Resale of digital gift cards is strictly prohibited.

All purchases made using a Gift Card are subject to the Conditions of Sale of the Dolce&Gabbana Online Store, which can be consulted at this link.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to keep the code of the digital Gift Card: The Level Srl Srl is not responsible in any case of the loss or theft of the Gift Card, or for use not authorized by the recipient, or for misleading, fallacious or fraudulent use.

4. Returns

Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned. (except for the cases provided by law).

In the case of return for one or more items purchased using a digital Gift Card, the refund will be paid through a new digital Gift Card and through the alternative payment method used - if present. To proceed with the creation of the RAN, please contact our Customer Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE LEVEL SRL SRL DOES NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN THE EVENT OF NON-WORKING GIFT CARDS, THE PROTECTION AND UNIQUE LIABILITY OF THE LEVEL SRL SRL WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GIFT CARD.

6. Applicable Legislation

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on distance contracts and by Italian legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.

7. General

If any provision of these terms and conditions is unlawful, null, or for any reason unenforceable, this provision will be considered divisible by these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions. Any shortcomings or delays on The Level Srl Srl’s part in enforcing (in whole or in part) any provision of these terms and conditions will not be interpreted as a waiver of The Level Srl Srl’s rights or remedies.

In the event that a digital Gift Card generated or obtained in a fraudulent way is used to make purchaes on the Dolce&Gabbana Online Store, The Level Srl Srl reserves the right to close any customer accounts and to debit the amount of alternative payment methods.

The Level Srl Srl reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card without reimbursement, suspend or annul it, cancel or limit the orders made with a Gift Card if there is a suspicion that the Gift Card was purchased or used fraudulently, illegally or in violation of these terms and conditions.

The Level Srl Srl reserves the right to request further information on the identity, ownership of the Gift Card or any account on Dolce&Gabbana Online Store, or an additional payment method before adding a Gift Card to your Shopping Bag or before you can redeem it. These conditions are applicable within the limits set by law.

The digital Gift Cards are issued by The Level Srl Srl.

The Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the Online Store Dolce&Gabbana
