The necklace features a refined double venetian chain in red gold and a "Belcher" chain in yellow gold, separated by two floral motifs in black sapphire. From the double chain hangs a round medallion depicting the Virgin Mary, followed by a Greek cross charm with four black marquise-cut sapphires. An additional medallion with the image of the Virgin Mary, with the "DOLCE&GABBANA" logo on the back, has been added to the end of the adjustable chain.
