Shipping is always free over a minimum threshold. We offer various shipping options to best meet your needs. Customized items and limited-edition sneakers are shipped within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

RETURNS

Returns are always free of charge within 15 days of receiving the order. You can choose to return your order at Authorized Boutiques or by following the process yourself. For the second option, simply request authorization through our online service in the appropriate area or by contacting our customer services department.

These policies do not apply to personalised items, Limited-Edition sneakers, and products in the Food&Beverage sections. Also, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened Beauty products.
