The bracelet consists of a main chain in white gold from which two different strands unfold: one made with sixteen hand-woven black jade spheres, the other made of twenty-four freshwater pearls. This second element has been embellished with four cross-shaped charms, made with black sapphires in round, oval, and navette shapes, and three pendants with drop-shaped pearls. A medal depicting the Madonna, with the logo "DOLCE&GABBANA" on the back, has been inserted as a terminal in the adjustment chain.
