To preserve the luminous brilliance of your jewel, we recommend using a gentle neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh lukewarm water. Then dry it meticulously with a soft cloth. Follow the same ritual after swimming in the sea or in the pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfume and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which can not only seriously damage the finish, but may also compromise the stability of the settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn while practicing sports with a high risk of impact (such as surfing, water skiing, etc.), and the settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in the spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler, or at any store within the Dolce&Gabbana network.
