To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then gently dry it with a soft cloth. The same care routine is recommended after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as these may damage certain types of gemstones.
We advise protecting the jewel from drops and impacts that could not only seriously damage its finish, but also compromise the stability of the gemstone settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing, and similar activities. Some settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities that involve salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain types of gem materials, so avoid storing the piece in places that are excessively humid, cold, or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a SPA, Turkish bath, or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler, or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
