This bracelet features an adjustable fabric wrist strap that has been tied by hand and three distinctive yellow gold pendant charms. a red gold medallion with oval insert depicting an image of the Virgin Mary, an engraved four-leaf clover, that has alternating shiny and satiny surfaces, and a horn-shaped pendant charm. The last two are both superstitious symbols.

The “DOLCE&GABBANA” logo is engraved on the back of the medallion with the Virgin Mary. The two yellow gold tips add embellishment to the composition of the piece and the brand logo features on the front of them.
