To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, use a mild neutral liquid soap and rinse thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same routine is recommended after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which may not only seriously damage the finish but could also compromise the gemstone settings and cause the stones to be lost.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact (such as surfing, water skiing, etc.). The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the piece in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a SPA, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, a complete clean and a check of the stability of the settings is recommended, to be carried out by your trusted jeweler or at any store within the Dolce&Gabbana network.
