To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap, then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfume and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which may seriously affect the finish and compromise the security of the settings, leading to the possible loss of the stones.
The piece should never be worn for sports that involve a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. Certain settings and gemstones are not suitable for activities in salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in environments that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a thorough cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store within the Dolce&Gabbana network.
