POST-SALE WATCH MAINTENANCE
To preserve the shine of the watch and metal bracelet, it is recommended to use neutral soap and rinse thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry with a soft cloth. The same procedure is recommended after swimming in the sea or pool.

Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as they may damage the case, seals, bracelet, and/or strap.

Protect the watch from drops and impacts, as they could not only seriously damage the finish but also compromise mechanical functions, water resistance, and accuracy.

Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C, sudden changes in pressure, density, and temperature, magnetic fields, and many other factors can affect the watch’s accuracy. If irregularities are noticed, the watch should be taken to an authorized Dolce & Gabbana store.

The Dolce&Gabbana watch is a high-precision time measuring instrument. Despite the care given by master watchmakers, magnetic fields, sudden temperature changes, and the wearer’s lifestyle can cause slight irregularities.

To ensure optimal performance, a complete service is recommended every three to four years. Watch owners benefit from the support of a global network of authorized Dolce&Gabbana stores, the only ones authorized to perform repairs on the watch.

Similarly, for quartz electronic models, it is recommended to replace the battery at authorized Dolce&Gabbana stores, which will also check the proper functioning and water resistance of the watch.

During maintenance, batteries and electrical parts will be collected and disposed of in accordance with current regulations.
