To preserve the brilliance of the watch and metal bracelet, it is advisable to use
neutral soap and rinse thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry it with a soft cloth. The same routine is recommended after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
We recommend avoiding direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products that
could damage the case, gaskets, bracelet and or strap.
The watch should be protected from drops and impacts, which could not only seriously damage its finish but also compromise its mechanical functions, water resistance and accuracy. After making any adjustments, it is recommended to always press the crown firmly back against the case, to prevent water or dust from entering the movement. The watch is water resistant up to 3BAR/3AT M. This means it has been tested at underwater pressures equivalent to a depth of 20 meters. The watch should never be used for sports with a high risk of impact (such as surfing, water skiing, etc.). Leather straps are not suitable for activities that involve contact with water.
When the watch is wet, do not pull out the crown, as water may penetrate inside the case.
Temperatures above 60°C/140°F and below -10°C/14°F, sudden variations in pressure, density and temperature, magnetic fields and many other factors can affect the accuracy of the watch, so it is advisable to avoid bringing the watch close to objects that may generate strong magnetic fields, such as loudspeakers or electric motors. If you notice any irregularities of this kind, the watch should be taken to an authorized Dolce & Gabbana store.
