To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then gently dry it with a soft cloth. Repeat this care ritual after swimming in the sea or in the pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which can not only seriously affect its finish, but may also compromise the gemstone settings and cause stones to be lost.
The jewel should never be worn during sports with a high risk of impact (such as surfing, water skiing, and similar activities). The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities in which they are exposed to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C may be harmful to some types of gem materials, so avoid storing the piece in environments that are excessively humid, cold, or hot, and avoid cleaning with water that is too hot, as well as prolonged exposure to SPA facilities, steam baths, and saunas.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any boutique in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
