To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild, neutral liquid soap, then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care ritual is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts which could not only seriously damage the finish, but also compromise the stability of the stone settings, with the risk of losing the gemstones.
The jewel should never be worn during sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing, and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities that involve exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the piece in places that are excessively humid, cold, or hot, and avoid cleaning it with very hot water, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath, or sauna.
In the event of impacts, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store within the Dolce&Gabbana network.
