To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild, neutral liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. Repeat this care ritual after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
We recommend protecting the jewel from falls and impacts, which may seriously damage its finish and compromise the gemstone settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities in contact with salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the piece in places that are too humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is excessively hot, as well as wearing it in a SPA, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler, or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
