To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap, then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care is advised after bathing in the sea or in a swimming pool.
Avoid all direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as these may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from falls and impacts, which can seriously compromise the finish and may loosen the stone settings, leading to the loss of the gems.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities involving exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a SPA, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impacts, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
