The “lever-back” earrings are composed of three tiers of elements that flow gracefully from top to bottom in the following order, a trefoil motif of black sapphires, a cluster of small medallions with, at the center, a blackberry formed by seven round black sapphires, and a Greek cross pendant set with four marquise-cut black sapphires. Some of these charms, depicting different religious images, are embellished with an ornate frame featuring delicate filigree workmanship. On the reverse of the medallions portraying the Madonna, and on the lever-back itself, the “DOLCE&GABBANA” logo is finely engraved.

To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Perform the same routine after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which can not only seriously damage its finishes but also compromise the gemstone settings, with the risk of stones becoming loose or lost.
The jewel should never be worn while practising sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in excessively humid, cold or hot environments, and do not clean it with water that is too hot, or wear it in a spa, steam bath or sauna.
If the jewel suffers an impact, and in any case after three years from the date of purchase, we recommend a full cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any boutique in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
