To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a gentle neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. The same process is recommended after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which can seriously damage the finish and may compromise the stone settings, leading to the loss of the gemstones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing, and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials. Avoid storing the jewel in places that are too humid, too cold, or too hot, and avoid cleaning with overly hot water, as well as wearing it in SPA facilities, Turkish baths, or saunas.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete professional cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings at your trusted jeweler, or at any boutique within the Dolce&Gabbana retail network.
