POST-SALE WATCH MAINTENANCE
To preserve the shine of the watch and metal bracelet, it is recommended to use neutral soap and rinse thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same procedure is advised after swimming in the sea or pool.
Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products that could damage the case, seals, bracelet, and/or strap.
Protect the watch from drops and shocks, which could not only seriously damage the finish but also compromise the mechanical functions, water resistance, and accuracy.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C, sudden changes in pressure, density, and temperature, magnetic fields, and many other factors may affect the watch’s accuracy. Should any irregularities be detected, the watch must be taken to an authorized Dolce & Gabbana store.
The Dolce&Gabbana watch is a high-precision timekeeping instrument. Despite the care provided by master watchmakers, magnetic fields, sudden temperature changes, and the wearer’s lifestyle may cause slight irregularities.

Likewise, for quartz electronic models, battery replacement is recommended at authorized Dolce&Gabbana stores, which will also verify proper functioning and water resistance.
During maintenance, batteries and electrical parts will be collected and disposed of according to current regulations.
