To preserve the jewel’s brilliance, we recommend using a mild liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry it gently with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as these may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts which can seriously affect the finish and may compromise the stability of the settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn during sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in environments that are too humid, too cold, or too hot, and do not clean it with water that is excessively hot. It should also not be worn in a spa, steam bath, or sauna.
