To preserve the brilliance of the watch and metal bracelet, we recommend using a mild soap,
then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. Repeat this procedure after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
We advise avoiding direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products that
could damage the case, gaskets, bracelet, and/or strap.
Protect the watch from falls and impacts, which could seriously damage not only the finish but also compromise the mechanical functions, water resistance, and accuracy. After making any adjustments, always press the crown firmly back against the case to prevent water or dust from entering the movement. The watch is water resistant up to 3BAR/3AT M. This means it has been tested at underwater pressure equivalent to a depth of 20 meters. The watch should never be used for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water-skiing, and similar activities. Leather straps are not suitable for activities involving water.
When the watch is wet, do not pull out the crown, as water could enter the case.
Temperatures above 60°C/140°F and below -10°C/14°F, sudden changes in pressure, density, and temperature, magnetic fields, and many other factors can affect the accuracy of the watch. We therefore recommend keeping the watch away from objects that generate strong magnetic fields, such as loudspeakers or electric motors. If you notice any irregularities of this kind, the watch should be taken to an authorized Dolce & Gabbana store.
