To preserve the brilliance of the jewelry, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully in fresh lukewarm water. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewelry from drops and impacts that could not only seriously damage the finish, but also compromise the gemstone settings and cause the stones to be lost.
The jewelry should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water-skiing and similar activities. Settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities in contact with salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials, so avoid storing the jewelry in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend having a thorough cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings carried out by your trusted jeweler or at any Dolce&Gabbana boutique.
