To preserve the brilliant radiance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild, neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry it gently with a soft cloth. The same care is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which could not only seriously affect the finish, but also compromise the stability of the stone settings, with the risk of losing the gems.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing or water skiing. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with very hot water, as well as wearing it in a spa, steam bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a thorough professional cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler, or at any boutique within the Dolce&Gabbana network.
