To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild liquid soap, then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfume and cosmetic products, as these may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which may not only seriously damage the finish but also compromise the gemstone settings and cause stones to be lost.
The jewel should never be worn while practicing sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing or water skiing. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and do not clean it with very hot water or wear it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a full cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
