To preserve the radiance of the jewel, we recommend using a gentle neutral liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water.
Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid all direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
We recommend protecting the jewel from drops and impacts which, in addition to seriously damaging the finishes, may compromise the stone settings and lead to the loss of gemstones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
