To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care routine is recommended after bathing in the sea or in a swimming pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfume and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
We recommend protecting the jewel from drops and impacts, which may seriously damage the finish and could compromise the gemstone settings, leading to the loss of the stones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for activities involving exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in environments that are too humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning with water that is too hot, as well as staying in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna while wearing it.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a thorough cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler, or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
