To preserve the brilliance of your jewel, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after bathing in the sea or in a swimming pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as these may damage certain types of gemstones.
We recommend protecting the jewel from drops and impacts, which could not only seriously damage the finish, but also compromise the gemstone settings and cause the stones to be lost.
The jewel should never be worn for sports that carry a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing your jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
