To preserve the brilliance of the watch and metal bracelet, we recommend using a neutral soap, then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
We suggest avoiding direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products that could damage the case, gaskets, bracelet and/or strap.
Protect the watch from drops and impacts, as these can not only seriously damage the finish, but also compromise its mechanical functions, water resistance and accuracy. After making any adjustments, always press the crown back firmly against the case to prevent water or dust from entering the movement. The watch is water resistant up to 3BAR/3AT M. This means it has been tested at underwater pressures equivalent to a depth of 20 meters. The watch should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing or water skiing. Leather straps are not suitable for activities involving water.
When the watch is wet, do not pull out the crown, as water could enter the case.
Temperatures above 60°C/140°F and below -10°C/14°F, sudden changes in pressure, density and temperature, magnetic fields and many other factors can affect the accuracy of the watch, so it is advisable to keep it away from objects that generate strong magnetic fields, such as loudspeakers or electric motors. Should you notice any irregularities of this kind, the watch must be taken to an authorized Dolce & Gabbana store.
