To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry gently with a soft cloth. The same care routine is recommended after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
We recommend protecting the jewel from drops and impacts, which could not only seriously damage its finish, but also compromise the gemstone settings and lead to the loss of the stones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing jewelry in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler, or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
