To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry gently with a soft cloth. The same routine is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
We recommend protecting the jewel from drops and impacts that could seriously affect its finish and compromise the stability of the settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing, and similar activities. Settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for use in salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold, or hot, and avoid cleaning with water that is too hot, as well as extended stays in a spa, Turkish bath, or sauna while wearing it.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
