To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild neutral liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same procedure is advised after bathing in the sea or in a swimming pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which may not only seriously affect its refined finishes, but could also compromise the setting of the stones and lead to their loss.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact (such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities). The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities in salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a SPA, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store in the Dolce&Gabbana network.
