To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same procedure is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from falls and impacts, which can seriously compromise the finish and may loosen the gemstone settings, causing the stones to be lost.
The jewel should never be worn for sports that involve a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing, and similar activities. The settings and certain gemstones are not suitable for use in environments where saltwater is present.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to some gem materials. Avoid storing the piece in places that are excessively humid, cold, or hot, and do not clean it with water that is too hot or wear it in a spa, steam bath, or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a thorough cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any boutique within the Dolce&Gabbana retail network.
