To preserve the jewel’s radiance, we recommend using a neutral liquid soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care is advised after swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from falls and impacts which could seriously affect its finish and compromise the setting of the stones, with the risk of losing them.
The jewel should never be worn for sports activities with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar disciplines. Some settings and gemstones are not suitable for activities involving exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gem materials, so avoid storing the piece in places that are too humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with overly hot water, as well as wearing it in a SPA, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any boutique within the Dolce&Gabbana retail network.
