To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a neutral liquid soap, then rinsing thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The same care is advised after swimming in the sea or pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from drops and impacts, which can seriously compromise the finishes and the security of the settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn during sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for prolonged exposure to salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful for certain gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and do not clean it with water that is too hot. Avoid wearing it in the spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
In the event of impact, and in any case three years after purchase, we recommend a thorough cleaning and a check of the stability of the settings by your trusted jeweler or at any store within the Dolce&Gabbana network.
