To preserve the brilliance of the jewel, we recommend using a mild, neutral liquid soap and rinsing carefully with fresh, lukewarm water. Then dry gently with a soft cloth. The same care routine is advised after a swim in the sea or in the pool.
Avoid any direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, which could damage certain types of gemstones.
Protect the jewel from falls and impacts, which could seriously damage the finish and compromise the gemstone settings, with the risk of losing the stones.
The jewel should never be worn for sports with a high risk of impact, such as surfing, water skiing and similar activities. The settings and some gemstones are not suitable for activities involving salt water.
Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain types of gem materials, so avoid storing the jewel in places that are excessively humid, cold or hot, and avoid cleaning it with water that is too hot, as well as wearing it in a spa, Turkish bath or sauna.
