The necklace consists of a thin "rolò" chain and a pendant made of a romantic bow set with gray sapphires and a red rhodolite garnet heart set in a frame that recalls the delicate craftsmanship of lace. A clover of black sapphires connects the pendant to the necklace. A spherical pearl has been inserted as a terminal in the adjustment chain while an oval tag bearing the logo "DOLCE&GABBANA" is placed before the closure.
