Focus on Ivan Corocher
Ivan Corocher is the General Manager of the Bar MARTINI®. Following his prestigious experience working as a sommelier and maitre de rang for the Savoy Hotel in London for four years, in 2001 Ivan Corocher returned to Milan where he held three different positions over eight years at the Hotel Principe di Savoia: first maitre of the restaurant, then manager (under his direction the restaurant received three red forks in the Michelin guide) and later events manager. During this time he also won the title of Best Sommelier in Lombardy.
Since 2009 he has been the Manager of the Bar MARTINI®, where he carries out scrupulous research into raw materials, from food to beverages, and manages all the Dolce&Gabbana events in Milan from a catering point of view, with passion and professionalism.
