Matteo Faranda Cordella, General Manager of Gold
Matteo Faranda Cordella is the General Manager of Gold, with a decade of
international experience in restaurant management. In 2001 he worked as a
Restaurant Manager in New York at the Cipriani Rainbow, later going on to hold
the position of Restaurant Manager at Harry Cipriani and Cipriani Dolci.
He returned to Milan for the opening of boutique hotel The Gray, which was followed a year later by the opening of the Hotel Bulgari. Restaurant Supervisor at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan from 2004-2005, Restaurant & Banqueting Manager at the Armani Bar in Hong Kong in 2005, he joined Gold in 2006 as Restaurant Manager. In 2008, he launched the OTTO Ristorante in Singapore. He has held the position of General Manager of the Gold team since 2009.
