The structure of the Dolce&Gabbana group includes the key assets for its continuous development: ownership of the brands that are entirely headed up by the Group and the management and control of the three operating divisions, Production, Distribution and Licences.
To date, the brand is present in 40 countries worldwide with a network of 251 mono-brand stores. The continuous development and consolidation of the Group at global level are ensured by coordinated management of the distribution policies, which combines the strategic vision of the headquarters in Milan with a widespread presence across the territory, through its branches in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
With specific reference to Greater China, the Hong Kong branch operates directly in the territory with an even more widespread presence through its subsidiary located in Shanghai.
Regarding the main economic figures for the fiscal year 2010/2011, closed on 31 March 2011, wholesale revenues achieved by the Group and by licensee partners, are equal to 1,416.5 million euros.
On the same date, the consolidated revenues recorded by the parent company Dolce&Gabbana Holding S.r.l. amount to 1,120 million euros. The overall personnel includes 3,439 members and the directly operated mono-brand distribution network includes 91 stores, as well as 20 factory outlets.
