‘Milan Fashion Soccer Players Portraits’ is the new album that Dolce&Gabbana dedicates to A.C. Milan: a series of sophisticated portraits in black and white taken at Milanello by photographer Marco Falcetta, whose lens does not dwell on the body of the athletes, as done in the past for many successful books and many advertising campaigns, but presents a personal image of the players. Dolce&Gabbana uses this album to offer new food for thought on the changing role of fashion in the society of social networks: fashion, like the new soccer, is within the reach of everyone, but at the same time fashion is seen as the modern language for expressing one’s own personality.
